Garruk: Uh Jace? Jace: Yes Garruk? Garruk: Why is there a severed head at the table? Jace: Oh that's just Urza, most powerful planeswalker that ever lived... he's been dead a few centuries. Garruk: That doesn't answer my question. Jace: So anyway I tap three to cast index... Garruk: Why are you dodging the subject Jace?
I was wondering if there is a way to get a print of this? I am part of a new game store in my neighborhood and we are looking for nice, enjoyable, original art for our game rooms and this is perfect for our M:tG room.
OMG, this is so good! x3 I love how Chandra, Jace and Ajani look! She looks bored, he´s so concentrated, and Ajani smiling like "this is already won" xD And the reference to the original work, the original piece in the wall, it´s a good idea, too, haha :3
Amazing I love how Chandra looks totally bored and unipressed and Jace so overly determined. And I'm pretty sure that Liliana is cheating - is that a tutor whispering secrets in her ear? I also like all those nice details you put in there like the Nicol Bolas dart in the background :'D
I know my 'walkers! I can guess what most of them would be playing as well. As much as Urza was in being an Artificer he still would splash in a couple of colors like a Giant growth to speed up mana production.
It's awesome! The original mono color planeswalkers, Karn, the only colorless walker and Urza, the original main walker, playing a game of Magic. And the references! Oh, the references put in here: Mirari, thragtusk, the demonic tutor, the original painting in the background, even the effigy of Nicol Bolas as a dart target. You sir know your Magic.
